1- What is your local currency? We can look into a possible adjustment to better reflect exchange rates.

2- Steam dictates sales. They have several throughout the year. We only get to participate if they invite us. Sadly, we don't typically know if we will be added to the next sale until 1-2 weeks prior. Check the Steam sale calendar to get an idea of their next sale date, and add DA to your wishlist so you get a Steam notification if it does go on sale.
