Help with fishopedia

I don't understand how to complete the fishopedia, I've searched for about an hour around all the islands, and I've only found like 4 fishing spots. Am I supposed to farm for fish in these spots or what? Because I can't for the love of my life seem to find other fishing spots apart from these 4....

Game could use elektro/book radar or something.

I'm missing five elektro and I really have no idea which ones. Followed the map in the guide, too. Maybe I missed some sidequests or something? Do you get more for finishing the parkour quests faster maybe?
