but what confused me the most, is that on fakku, Trap Shrine IS uncensored.
But basically artist just redraw the parts.
It's an official release, not a fan decensor patch, with the same publisher for both (EROGE Japan). Decensoring for overseas releases costs more because usually they go back and have to have the artists give the pre-censored art or redraw the genitals, but unlike the statements above, the main reason they don't de-censor is cost and time to market. Most of the people that leave the mosiacs in take a lot less time to ship their products, in part due to the work involved to get redraws done.
My guess is that EROGE Japan only did it for the first one because that was before Shiravune really took off publishing lots of mosiac-filled translated VNs and realized it worked well. (The unmosiaced release was five years ago, after all.)
