I thought this bug was fixed last
Month since I had reported it before and was why I abandoned the game. Well, I just started over the game from the beginning, made it all the way to the hospital again, went through the entire hospital and my map was all marked up

And then all of that progress was deleted. Again. All red marks gone. No clue where anything is again.

Edit: to anyone else with this bug. It seems to trigger the map erase whenever you write/save in the journal. But if you just die, wake up and come back to the hospital, the map will still be intact as long as you don’t save (and you don’t lose any progress)

So the way to avoid the issue is to do the hospital in one sitting, don’t save until you’ve done everything
