General crash and progress blocker fixes including:

During Nipulon Bounty Saloon conversation.
During Blim City Invasion.
When booting the game while offline.

Achievement Fixes including:

Explosion kills now count for That's Ball Folks.

Additional Fixes:

Base game inventory no longer missing items after playing DLC.
Players will no longer get stuck inside Mux core. Players currently stuck will respawn outside.

It’s been 2 years since the Bounty Hunter defeated the G3 cartel. Now Knifey needs help tracking down a mysterious package from his homeworld. Will they get mixed up with a friendly giant, a pinball gun, poaching rings, and a terrifying intergalactic shipping company? Yeah. Sure.

FEATURES

Hunt an entirely new bounty on a new adventure that’s basically a mini-sequel to the main game. You don’t have to play the main game first but it wouldn’t hurt. It works either way.
Hack and blast your way through the depths of an ominous shipping warehouse as you search for a mysterious package that holds the key to Knifey’s origins…or die trying! Or do both! Knock yourself out.
Engage in rapid-fire, acrobatic, bullet hell-infused combat with one of the galaxy’s most craven CEOs. Doesn’t that sound fun? The CEO is more interesting to fight than you think. I promise.
Explore a planet full of dying slugs. Not sure if that’s a selling point but it’s one of the main things in the DLC so we have to put it on here. Look, you’re gonna talk to a bunch of slugs.
Okay, you’re not going to believe this but we’ve got two - count ‘em! - TWO brand new deadly talking guns who are as quick to crack wise as they are to blow a hole through alien flesh.
New characters voiced by Sarah Sherman, Gabourey Sidibe, Ken Marino and more plus all your returning favorites like Michael Cusack, JB Smoove, Tim Robinson, Betsy Sodaro, and Andy Daly.

Fixes & Optimizations

General crash and progress blocker fixes including:

Fixed Motion Blur and Chromatic aberration settings on PC.
Gurgula Hints that were picked up but not tracked will now update to their proper status.
Additional fixes to prevent players from getting stuck in Space Applebee’s or if they’re already stuck.
Fixed issues where keybinding not being consistently set for certain keys. Please reset keybindings to default first before rebinding!

Content & Feature Updates

Updated Gus to make his damage more consistent at range.
Tightened up Sweezy’s initial firing spread.
Introduced an Accessibility Menu not previously in the game:
- Full Auto Firing option allows guns to continuously be fired by holding the primary fire input instead of repeatedly pressing it.
- Aim Assist Max Angle option adjusts the distance from the player crosshair that an enemy must be to be considered a guaranteed hit.
- Speaking Indicators option can now display icons over the characters speaking.
- Text Scaling now available by UI Text and Subtitle Text.
- Improved legibility options for Subtitles including Hyper-Legible Text.
- Camera Motion setting adjusts camera motion levels to player’s preference.
- HUD Drift toggle to remove drifting upon camera turns.
- Color Correction modes for Deuteranope, Protanope, and Tritanope now added where severity may be adjusted to player preference.

General crash and progress blocker fixes including:

Fixed save game compatibility issue that was affecting progress on unlocking some achievements and hunter challenges.
Fixed infinite load issue in house when warping to final mission during Final Prep.
Fixed loading screen crash from dying during combat in Zephyr.
Fixed issue where player respawned and got locked outside of a warp base door during Krubis.
Fixed issue where player was stuck when going through Human Haven portal outside Applebees.
Fixed issue where player couldn’t set down guns during Rescue Lizzie.
Fixed Krubis being stuck underground during Boss Fight.
Fixed issue where Lezduit was available post-game, resolving the below issues:
- Player locked in a room in Human Haven while Lezduit was equipped.
- Lezduit was available in the inventory and on the couch post-game.

Additional Fixes:

Fixed achievement “Eye scream, you scream” failing to unlock when expected.
Fixed achievement “Mods Please Ban” - can now reliably complete as 30 hunk kills are now possible.
Fixed enemies not showing up. Ex: Schlooper location in the Outskirts.
Fixed low FPS issue during Xenoslaughter at 3440x1440 resolution.
Fixed missing voice lines for final Ant shot callout at end of 9-Torg bounty.
Fixed missing voice lines for Clugg’s Suits and Sweezy during Giblets bounty.
Fixed missing background music in Slums tunnel during 9-Torg bounty.
Fixed Ant enemies going through a ramp wall during 9-Torg bounty.
Improved performance in Destroyed Earth during Garmantuous Bounty.

Content & Feature Updates

Xbox Series X/S:

Updated default visual quality setting - now called performance mode. This is intended to run at 60 fps with dynamic resolution (up to 1440p on Series X, up to 1080p on Series S).
Added a new quality mode that features improved visual quality targeted at 30 fps. This runs with dynamic resolution up to 4k on Series X and 1440p on Series S.

PC:

Added Native and AI Quality Improvement Modes (Nvidia DLSS, AMD FSR 2.0 and Intel XeSS options), now available in the Settings Menu.

All platforms:

Added settings for disabling drift and distortion for the heads-up display (HUD) in the Settings Menu.
