Unfortunately, very likely not. The old soundtrack contained at least one unlicensed snippet of music - which I recently learned is the track Diabolus by Cinematic Orchestra. So, at least there's that you can listen to if you have a hankering for the original first tune that played in the online flash game.

Unless the original soundtrack / effects have some copyrighted by a third-party material, they should just do what they did with Samorost 2 when they updated it: put a "Samorost Original (2003)" folder with the original version of the game into the game's "local files" folder.

No they shouldn't. They don't have the right to distribute that music.

I also prefered the orignal soundtrack, but nowhere to be found legally.

I think BlueMaxima's Flashpoint contains the source. Look up the title on internet and then search for "Samorost" on that platform to download and play back.

I sure wish Amanita would update the game to include options to use the Flash versions Music & Sounds & add controller support (including the Dualsense) like their newer games.

the old music/sound sadly wont be coming back due to copyright issues :/
