There's a new mod on Nexus, that restores the original blood geysers from wounds and also the gore effects for some enemy types.

The mod was updated and has now fully restored the meat chunks and blood effects.

Seems good but notice blood don't stay around longer like it does on the Xbox, hoping maybe the modder would update it to make it stay longer.

That's probably hardcoded in the game, there are some areas where blood stains vanish after 1 or 2 seconds or dissolve as if they were in water.

This'll be even better when FiendBusa's NGS2 Black mod finally releases. He even made an enhancement to this gore mod already.

Yep, I'm really looking forward to his mod, almost close/par with the 360 version, can't wait for it.
