Steam say No Achievements In Library
While viewing from Library, says game has no achievements, even though I've 100% it from the game page.

Store page says "Profile features limited", as it does with a lot of free games. That means Steam doesn't count it as a "real game", so the achievements don't count towards your profile. That's probably the reason why, but even if it isn't then it's still the reason why you shouldn't care anyway.
