A: The logic of the game is that if a building consumes, say, 100 resources in one cycle, then the game will wait until one building has 100 resources.
In other words, if you produce in 10 buildings of 10 resources each, the production will constantly blink, as it will wait until the resource in the building is accumulated, and that resource will be moved to the building that consumes it.
Warehouses can help with this problem, but it will take effort. The easiest way is to increase production and use the settings below
Resource Input Buffer and Input Capacity Override also can help you. (I usually use 20x and 200%).
For DLC2 owners, there are "multiple sources" in the building settings. This solves this problem completely.
Or do I have to somehow produce culture first? If so, how do I do that? I have not yet discovered a building that produces culture - except for the Policy Center. And that doesn't give me anything.
You can write the word "culture" in the building search and all the buildings that produce culture will show up.
Could it be that not all research is visible at the beginning, but is uncovered later? My game is still at the beginning.
I own both expansion packs, so it shouldn't be that.
EDIT:
There are also no entries in the building list with the search word culture.
Ah, I have to apologize to you. I found the mistake. The fact that I didn't realize it right away must be due to the heat.
English is not my mother tongue. I use DeepL to write. But even so, I think in English the moment I read something (I can read English quite well).
The game is set to German, however, and of course there is no "culture" there, but it has to be "Kultur".
I have now found the buildings. Thank you for your help. :)
