Hi all.

We've just pushed a small patch live today to the 2016 version of Munch's Oddysee that fixes the Demonic achievement.

Hi Oddworld fans.

We're pushing live another update today that does the following:

1. Adds a few new higher poly models from Munch's Oddysee HD, namely the Big Bro Slig.

2. Offers higher-quality pre-rendered cut-scenes.

3. Fixes the instances where the camera would look at the wrong thing during real-time cut-scenes.

We'll continue to address outstanding issues with the game and - don't worry - we haven't forgotten multi-language support.

Hi Oddworld fans.

Once again, thanks for your patience. We continue to work on and refine our new port of Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee now it's out of beta - our latest updates and patches include:

1 - much higher quality (bit-rate) sound effects throughout

2 - the inclusion of the newer audio from Munch's Oddysee HD

3 - the game now runs at 60 FPS

4 - movie player now plays back cut-scenes in 4:3 to avoid cropping

5 - new saves will have brightness and gamma levels that better match the Xbox original (and the older port). If you have an existing save, set the brightness to 0 and the three gamma sliders to 4.

Hi all.

Due to community feedback, we've built and today released a new port of Munch's Oddysee, replacing the current one, alongside a pack of trading cards, badges, backgrounds and emotes.

The new port will be maintained by us and developers Square One. It contains multiple fixes and some 'HD' assets including higher resolution character models.

Should you wish to return to the old port, which is no longer maintained, you can opt into the 'original' branch via properties > betas in the Steam client for the game.

Firstly, thank you for your patience.

We are now approaching the testing phase for a new port of the original Munch's Oddysee that we plan to push out soon. The new port will replace the existing version of Munch's Oddysee on Steam and will be free to all existing users.

We'll have details on how you can join the beta test if you wish, and in due course, we'll have details on the port replacement as it launches.

Rest assured we are committed to ensuring that all Oddworld fans get the experience they rightly deserve with our games. We will ensure that this version of Munch's Oddysee is fully supported and any bugs that arise are addressed.
