can anyone help me my game has been like this for 1 week already, i even spent some money on this game

Problem is in preferences.json file in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Royal Revolt II\SavesDir\ open folder inside and file preferences.json
this server is working https:// // rr2-live-2-gameserver1. rr2-cloud. net
my preferences now

Man, it is rubbish... I joined steam to get RR2 because the steam platform is so stable and Flaregames was so flakey... my flare account could .not connect so often, that I gave up...joined steam thinking it would be better. Hah, how wrong can you be? my steam games all work perfectly except this one... fed up to the back teeth

I did not move to the "New Kingdom".
My Before Game Launch Settings:
Library > Right-Click Royal Revolt II > Properties
General:

Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game: ON

Keep game's saves in the Steam Cloud for Royal Revolt II: ON

Select Launch Option: Play Royal Revolt II (In Window)

I have had this problem for more than a week and nothing is solved, I tried everything they said and it still doesn't work, I reported to flare and they told me to wait for a next update and I'm waiting to see if it is solved with that and To complete, I created another player with Windows and the same thing happened to you as well.

If you have Multiple Games' on Steam, you may want to do this:
Steam > Settings > Downloads
Clear Download Cahe > Clear Cache

Most times this will solve many game related issues..

A long time ago, I had a game that would not load or "connect" when it use to.
The Developers were no help; so, I just figured it out that I was having those "issues" shortly after I was using the Shortcut.
So, I just stopped using the Shortcut and Launched the game from the Library.
Did not have any of those issues' return.

It doesn't work for me either with the direct access or running it from the library, but what became clear to me is that the problem is STEAM... luckily I had my account linked to the Windows application and when I remembered I tried to log in and It worked without problem. I created another Steam account, linked it to that new account and it works perfectly... the problem is that for some unknown reason Steam could not synchronize the data correctly and the conflict was created, which is why you cannot log in. If anyone knows how to contact Steam technical support to create a report, please tell me.
