We had searched pretty much everywhere and came up with a lot of theories as to where he was (none of them worked) and there still isn't anything on the internet. The devs were kind of our last hope :(

In the discord one of the devs mentioned that Eugene is 'the dad character' and that he's hidden in one of the levels

I also tried stroll race many times. But the Blue character (Eugene) appearing as another contender never happens. I tried to restart races many times and all except the Blue coloured dad appears. Even a twin of your same character colour appears. Except blue.

So my theory is that the Eugene will popup in a race as a contender very rarely that only regular players can find it.

My inside information from the great Eugene is that he is hiding a sacred picture of himself within an object in the neighborhood stroller race. If additional information is needed I will consult with the great Eugene again.

How big is the object and is it something that is movable by my dad? and is it a regular object or something rare and standing out?

One of my friends had a theory that he would randomly spawn in the race since there was a stroller that was blue (and we assumed it was for him) but I don't think any of us are interested enough in playing long enough to test that theory. We tried to join the discord to pursue our search but the invite was expired??

The great Eugene has told me the object that holds his picture is fairly large (enough for a whole dad to fit inside). It is not something that is movable by a dad. However, the object transcends human comprehension as it is a normal looking object that dads have the power to pass through. Happy Hunting!

If I say the exact object it will no longer be a secret location and Eugene would get mad at me. I'll give one more hint though. It is towards the end of the neighborhood stroller race. Search around the finish line.

Very true, I hadn't actually read through the entire discussion so I hadn't seen that you mentioned what mini game he was in. Your help in finding Eugene himself will forever be appreciated (by more than just me I'm sure).
