you seem to have a pretty severe hatred for multiplayer and co-op.
the fact that the protags from the two games meet up makes it all but impossible for a co-op mode to not be implied in any future titles, evading it only by completely abandoning the existing story that's been made.
I apologise for this, but I don't think you will be satisified.
When the two protagonists meet, that is their 'happily ever after'. Their journey is done; they found each other.
I would not at all mind a 3rd game being about the two protagonists; either a new journey or a coop survival craft thing; I think Okomotive could pull either off if they wanted to. An obvious problem is that each sequel limits its audience somewhat to whoever enjoyed the previous game(s); changing format but staying in the same setting would limit it further.
However, Okomotive is not working on Far 3.
Their next title is, 'An ambitious new project set in a brand-new world' according to twitter, no other details except they may be working with publisher/developer Panic.
Yeah I'm done discussing it with you, the first two games are here and you can enjoy them. we will hope for a co-op sequel to come, and your welcome to stay away.
