You can disable motion blur or film grain in game options right now.
If you need more precise graphics adjustments, you can do that right now through the game config. I know it's not very convenient, but at least you won't have to wait for me.
Edit Engine.ini which you can find
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\ILLWILL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
I think this will works for any unreal engine 4 game.
