I tried launching the game, when I press start and then the screen go black. Im unable to do anything, it even took awhile for me to be able to alt tab to other windows. Is this some sort of a bug?

So, I started this up, went a few screens to the right to the door and...have no idea how to open the door to my room. There's no music in the game, no little noises at all, just deafening silence, and without a general tutorial on anything, I genuinely have no idea how, or even if, I can open my bag or...anything. I have no idea what the parameters of this game's capabilities are. I'd love some help in order to view the rest of this game, since I paid real money to play it. Thanks....

What the title says Being able to hear the erm, dialogue would add to the experience
