Keyboard Input

Does this game allow for Keyboard input? As in full customization of cardinal directions (UpDownLeftRight) as well as six button assignments bound to QWERTY keys.

Couldn't even skip the intro and I'm stuck on the menu screen unable to select anything because neither WASD nor cardinal directions work
