Door 16 Game Breaking Bug
tl;dr - Progress ruined, went through 'Door 16' only to fall through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ floor down the hallway, no means of returning, in an 'out of bounds area'. Got stuck, 50 minutes down the drain. Very frustrating. Playtesters played this game, I saw them in the credits - yet something as horrible as an instant game-ruining bug such as 'Invisible Floor at one of the endings', just - somehow wasn't found before release?

For the developer on "Where?" - Its very shortly after the note of 'Go ahead and drop the unstable ones here'. I would immensely imagine that the invisible floor problem can be replicated.

I apologise for this inconvenience. I can imagine how frustrating it is, especially ~50 min in. The testing is all on me, after going through room 16 maybe 15-20 times, the room appeared quite stable. Problem I find with Unity is that sometimes a random collider in the game decides to not work, thus, sometimes a player may fall through the map in random areas. Fortunately, the odds of this happening is very low (maybe less than 1%), though, it is still an extreme bother to me, and to the players.

I will continue to work on a "workaround" for this issue.

Happened to me too just now -_-
EDIT: Scratch that, I didnt read the exact bug OP had. For me its the cave in door 16 won't let me through. It gets too narrow for me to continue. Im stuck right after the water on the floor begins :(

Just had this happen to me. Went through door 16, followed the cave around and got attacked, then as soon as I started up the wooden stairs, it drops me through to the area beneath the stairs. I can't jump or clip out of the area and I'm stuck. on a run with 19 photos ...

Just happened to me as well when I played the game today ＼(º □ º l|l)/
The cave behind door 16 got too narrow in order to explore any further...
