Report a translation problem
I apologize greatly for this. Unity tends to have this random nack to kill functionality of a random collider from time to time. I have put in many safe guards to prevent this from ending your game progression; however, I did not put any safe guards under elevators.
It is fairly unlikely to encounter a collision bug, and, it is even more unlikely to encounter the same bug within an elevator! Though, it is an issue that still exists and still haunts me :(
