Sprawl is such a good game, the levels feel really good to wall run through with the titanfall movement and the gunplay is satisfying. absolutely loved it.

I too am a bit puzzled by the amount of negative reviews this game is getting. In my case, it has been a while since I've enjoyed a game this much. Sprawl may be no masterpiece (depending on what your definition of "masterpiece" is), but it is a damn fun, relatively short and sweet boomer shooter with many modern elements and an emphasis on platforming and aerial combat. Of the games I've played, I could say it feels like Turbo Overkill meets Doom Eternal sort of deal.

I didn't find the movement (specifically, the wallrunning) to be difficult to get a hang of at all, so I'm not sure what some people seem to be having an issue with here. As for those who are getting stuck, always remember that wallrunning can get you to great heights, and keep your eyes peeled. The red flashing lights are also an indicator of the direction in which you need to go. I've never gotten stuck for longer than two minutes at any point during the game.

I'm also a big fan of the arsenal in this game--every weapon has a particular use in a certain kind of situation, and the game makes sure you will use them evenly (well, besides your go-to favorite ;)).

An interesting feature of this game is that it lets you fine-tune different aspects of the gameplay to make it as easy or as difficult as you'd like. I found the game quite easy on default settings, so unless you're a total noob with boomer shooters, I recommend that you at least set enemy damage to maximum while leaving the other settings as is for your first playthrough. That way, you'll be forced to take full advantage of the movement mechanics while still having the game be a perfectly manageable affair. That's the way I completed it, and despite being reluctant to adjust the difficulty mid-campaign, I still sometimes felt that I would have liked it to be just a little more challenging. Which is not really a problem, since considering how good this game is, I'll definitely re-play it.

Pretty good old school fps with bullet time and platforming.
