Complete paramedic mission lvl 12 for unlimited sprint.

There's also the setting to make sprinting hold A instead of tapping.

This is how sprinting always worked in 3. Claude is a very violent man but he is not a very fit man.

Couldn't figure this out either. I thought it was like Vice, build sprint, Paramedic for infinite, but no this guy can't sprint, must be a smoker

Just finished the paramedic mission, unlimited sprint is working for me.
