How do you trigger's Major Singh Trap again?
On one playthrough, if you go back to your cabin, there will be a blackmail note for you to go to Chapel at 14:00, if you go there, Anders will arrest you and Major Singh will tell that it was an elaborate trap.
But I've tried many time after I don't get this event again after many tries.
Can anyone tell me how do you actually trigger this event again?

I think you would need to have the Major overhear you talking to Clarissa for him to put the clues together in order to blackmail you. Have you tried implying you killed Malcolm to Clarissa in her hallway when the Major can overhear?

I've never heard of such an event. That would be interesting to see if singh can suspect you that early.

On the non-spoiler section of the guide it says:
"The actions taken in your last COMPLETED run are saved for future runs. For example, if you can convince Clarissa to talk with you on the Upper Deck, what you said to convince her will be saved for the next run. "

So it sounds like you would need to start the game completely over from the beginning to get the blackmail note again. (I wondered about this as well.)

Well, I tried to get the blackmail notes, but returning to cabin many times on fresh start (Resetting all progress) still didn't trigger that event for some reason......

Finally got it
When Clarissa return from breakfast in her room, you have to talk to her through the door.
Choose option "He was my husband, Not yours!" Before 10:00 AM to ensure that Major Singh Overhear this.
He will go all Sherlock Holmes/Hercule Perrot and send you blackmail note to the cabin, which you can show him for additional dialogue in the Smoking room. or get you arrested at the chapel at 14:00
