I would recommend adding a prompt that explains this, or maybe explain it in the tutorial somewhere that if you quit an ongoing level, you can't go back to it. Maybe on quit, while in a dungeon, it says something like "If you quit in a dungeon, you will not be able to come back" or something like that.
EDIT: Non-completed dungeons are saved, finished dungeons aren't - I didn't know this at the time.
From what I have seen there is no exit, just simply open the map and go to your desired location when you're ready.

Aaah ok that makes sense. Yeah, I realized the first time around when I finished my first dungeon, I completely missed the "dungeon complete!" message so I didn't realize I was done and that I had to just go to the map to exit. It's a small thing, probably most players figure out, just need a dummy like me to miss it lol. I'm having a lot of fun so far, by the way!
