This achievement is related to the Remote Blacksmith event location. Maybe you just haven't spawned for you yet.

This is still an issue. I have played the game with the intent of completing all achievements along the way, and I never acquired the Dragonscale Armor blueprint.

I even tried the [DiscoverEvent(9)] to force spawn the location (absolutely been there before, so this was a respawn), and still no blueprint. Have to replay the game for this one I guess.

There is always a blueprint for a random artifact spawning in the chest that is inside the blacksmith. In order to access the blacksmith you need to forge the key for it first, which requires a blueprint you can find in a loot sack in one of the bushes surrounding the location.

Then you need the workshop in your outpost and craft the artifact there to get the achievement. If you have completed the quest with the blacksmith before, there is almost a gurantee you already have the required blueprint, unless you intentionally left it in the chest, inside the blacksmith building.

The blueprint is not shown in your inventory. You should check the crafting workbench in the outpost. There should be only one blueprint for a equipment piece. Craft it and you get the achievement.

Question now is, does the Achievement require specifically the Dragonscale Armor or does it require crafting the random artifact blueprint that spawns in the chest?

I will double-check this on my end, but I have never heard anyone else mentioning the blueprint missing from the blacksmith chest.

The only scenario I can imagine is that you accidentally left behind the blueprint in the chest, because the quest completes upon opening the chest. Taking something from it is not nessecarily required and when you leave the location without taking it, it would be removed from the map.

The achievement triggers if you craft any artifact, however the only location in the game where you can aquire a blueprint for an artifact is the blacksmith.

Here is a command you can use to add an artifact blueprint to your inventory:

AddItem(Recipe_Armor_T1_Artifact_Chitin_01,1)

This should add the blueprint for the Dragonscale Armor. Craft it and the achievement is complete.

Just to clarify, you need the workshop in your outpost, not the forge.
