What are Corrupted Powers? From the upgrade map...
I've cleared Sim++ so I was just looking for a little lingo clarification- what is a corrupted power? I've unlocked increased selections when corrupted powers are offered... but I have no idea what that refers to.

Looks like another piece of content not in game yet same as a tons of stuff achievements refers to - NG+, corrupted powers, more weapons. Fully cleared the game with 3 ships and found no signs of these things

I started a new save, and I think it just increases the number of powers you can select any time you select a power (because now I have fewer than I had previously with the unlock)

I'm not sure why the word corrupted is in there, if this is a correct understanding

Yeah, these are a not quite completed feature. It will be added in the next big update, coming in about 4 weeks. Sorry for the confusion and for not deactivating the upgrade, we completely missed that. Thanks for the report!
