It never spawned now I'm stuck....

My game crashed once and I can't launch the game anymore! the game is displayed but there is no button, click to start a game! and next to the version there are ????? so since I uninstalled the game and reinstalled, I still have the same problem! Thank you for helping me :)...

Okay, so I beat levels 1 and 2 fairly easily (playing on normal difficulty) and then got to level 3 and was absolutely scorched. I went back to the previous level and owned it again. I am wondering if this is a game where I need to grind the same level like 12 times to level up or if there's something else going on. I saw at one point the game recommends trying a different hero if you are struggling, so I might try that next. It just seems like a strange jump from being easily managed to basically imposs...

I have a Samsung G9 5120x1440 monitor. The title screen comes up in what I can only assume is 2560 x 1440, which is great but then I go into the game and it wants to edge to edge everything and it cuts off the top and the bottom of the screen. I saw the resolution post which doesn't really address this issue. I am fine playing in 2560 x 1440 mode but this isn't working as intended I would guess. Checking and unchecking full screen mode doesn't change anything either....

I think my game is bugged, unless I'm missing something, is there pre-requisites for levels aside from completing them in order? I mostly have 4 stars but just 3 on a few in world 5 (119 total) but the game won't let me start level 6-1.
