Game Doesn't Work

I bought blazing angles 20 days ago and have been constantly installing and uninstalling it in hopes of it working. Every time I try to run it however a notice comes up saying: Blazing Angels 2 has stopped working.

Yep same for me on WIndows 8, total rip off selling it when it doesnt work with MS last 2 OS. Publisher is just milking people. BA1 doesnt work either unless you replace the game exe with a different one. Terrible when you have to resort to stuff like that to get something you paid for to work.

I downloaded the hacked or cracked version of BA1 from the Pirate Bay to get it to work and not from Steam and yes it worked :) I was happy. Problem is I dont think BA2 works on windows 8 :(
