Q: Is there controller support?
A: Yes, you can play the game with an Xbox or PlayStation 5 controller.

Q: Is the game playable on the Steam Deck?
A: We'd like to have the game work on Steam Deck, and are currently investigating what issues are preventing that from being possible. We cannot promise it at this time, but we're looking into it.

Q: Will there be crossplay / sandbox mode / voice/text chat?
A: Unfortunately, those features aren't planned for now.

Q: How will the map be?
A: You can open the map and see unexplored zones. There will be several other biomes, like a swamp, a canyon, a mall, a snowy mountain & more!

Q: How many zombies can follow you?
A: You can have up to six zombies following you: two "main", that can both have two more.


Q: My game doesn"t work / is laggy.
A: Please make sure your PC respects the minimum specifications to run the game. If it does, you can contact our customer support: https://welcome-to-paradize.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new.

Q: My game crashes on start up / won't start
A: We've noted that some players are experiencing issues where the game will crash when booting up. We recommend ensuring your graphics drivers are up to date.

We're aware that outdated drivers on AMD Radeon 5000 and 6000 series can cause crashes. This has been corrected in drivers 31.0.21001.45002 (Adrenalin Edition 23.7.1). If your GPU is from those series, please update your drivers to the latest version.

If that doesn't work, then we've built a temporary version of the game on a beta branch, you can find the details here. If this fixes the issues it will be implemented into the game after a proper round of QA testing.

If the beta build has downloaded correctly, the logo on the main menu screen will have Mar 1 2024 - 17:18:03 written under it.
