I'm not that far in and actually really enjoying the game so far but curious why some of the graphics don't seem to be the same quality as others in the game. like the part where theres some fire blocking the way and you need the extingusher, the cop car there looks terrible compared to the truck next to it...

Game starts with my health in red danger. I find health spray, used it and nothing changes. Next time I tried combining spray with the bandage and made the med kit. Used it, nothing changes. Is that not right? I was expecting it to change me to green good or something. Also if I get tangled with a zombie just one time I'm dead.
