Yes. In order to prevent achievement farming games, Steam created this. If the game didn't pass these metrics, the game receives a Profile Features Limited tag.

In other words just be patient.

It seems Steam has changed somenthig, because these games are adding up to perfect games, even with steam is learning tag

i think this is because of the fact that this game's free so the achievements won't worth showing?? i guess?? but i got all achievements from a free game called there is no game jam 15?? hmmmmm

If u do a review it will help with getting the achievements to count.
Everyone should do a review for all "steam is learning about this game" game's that they play to help get the game recognised by steam & then achievements will count towards profile totals.

they do count, but, if you completed the whole game, you cannot showcase it in your profile as "completionist"

No, it does not count towards the 100% achievements in your profile. Too bad, but you only get a 100% on the game site but not on your Profil. This happens when a game is too easy and only takes a short amount of time to play through or it was just not played and reviewed enough until now. I was told this by a developer of another game where I got the 100% achievement performance but it also didn't count towards the completed games on my profile.

In the game series "I commissioned a few bees" the 100% on my profile is only counted for the first part. The other parts are no different from the genre, but have probably not been bought and played as often as the first part. So if enough ratings have been submitted, it will probably be submitted later so that it counts on the profile
