When I go to launch PixageFX Studio it stays on launch and never opens. I may not be a computer wiz but can follow instructions if theres something I need to do on my end to get the Pixage running. The demo ran fine but I realize the demo and full product aren't exactly the same. I can also drop my computer specs if needed. Thanks for the help!...

After the latest software update, I can't open it and it keeps crashing.

This started with the most recent update. Some filters randomly ditch the alpha layer for bright green or something else. The app is still wildly unstable. Can you please fix this thing.
