Help, the software keeps crashing
After the latest software update, I can't open it and it keeps crashing.

Yes, reinstalling doesn’t help either
I don't know what to do now, I was using it for work last week

Please try delete all files in folder and reinstall again

I guess some files are missing after update. I'll check it. It works well on my comp.
As soon as I open it, a black box appears, then "Not Responding" is displayed, and then it crashes.

Normally this type of crashes are caused by c++ lib or gpu drivers. Because after this stage, app controls all dll and system files for errors or missing files and reports.
Oh no, I deleted all the files and installed the program again and the result was still the same. This never happened before the August update.
I have no problem using it on my home computer, it's my work computer that has the problem

It's interesting. Can you compare system specs of these two computers? What's the difference?
It's a pity that I don't know much about computer configuration and I can't use the software at work today.

Gpu driver is up to date?
The company’s computers are so rubbish that the graphics card driver cannot be updated. Is there any other solution?
The computer in my company does not have a graphics card. Is this the problem?
