I have finished the speedrun mode with exactly three deaths twice (just to be absolutely sure) and the relevant achievements (Couple Close Scrapes, Closed the Loop) did not pop. Anyone had the same experience? Any idea what could be causing this?

Two different instances of just outright losing the ability to jump, both times in the exact same room in Chapter V.
