FAQ
Q: How long is the game?
A: Depends on how you play and where you get stuck to solve puzzles. Also some people skip a lot of dialogue and are faster that way. We find it a better overall experience if players actually have time to play the game. ;-)
We've seen between 6 to 10 hours most of the time.

Q: Does the game have chapters or is there no dividing of the scenes?5/b6
A: It has a prologue and three parts.

Q: Is the game compatible with Steam Deck?
A: Prim is fully Steam Deck verified and runs natively in SteamOS (Linux).

Q: Can I play the game with a controller?
A: Yes, the game is fully playable with a gamepad.

Q: Why do I run into bugs - didn't you guys test the game?
A: We actually had dozens of beta testers on the game. Adventure games are quite complex. There will always be someone who did things in an order nobody else did it before and may see a glitch or a bug nobody else had. There haven't been many reported though and we have fixed them as fast as possible and will continue to do so. Please refer to the post Bugfixes/Reporting bugs to send us reports.

Q: How about optimisations for the game
A: We are always looking into that! Currently the performance of the game is quite good but we are always looking into improving memory-issues or fps-drops (e.g. while playing with the gamepad).

Q: I don't like a specific aspect of the demo!
A: We plan to have a new demo by December 24th 2024. The current demo is quite old by now! Most things that players disliked about the demo have been changed in the meantime. We will update the demo as soon as we have the resources to do so. So: check out the game itself :)

Q: I am stuck in the game! Can you help me?
A: Sadly we can't - we don't have the resources to walk you through the game. In adventure gaming you will get stuck every now and then. Examine again, talk to people and find out what the logic behind the puzzles is. Other than that we have to refer you to the forum posts and to internet resources.

Q: I really am stuck!
A: Did you have a look at the diary? The hotspot-queen will help you to the best of her knowledge! If she can't help you: have a look at the forums: did someone already address the issue there? If not: feel free to ask in the Steam-community of the game or on forums. If an issue appears there a lot we will address it!

Q: I found a puzzle that makes no sense and is illogical. Why?
A: All puzzles have been solved before. We know that sometimes it can be hard to remember all hints one may have gotten from conversations. Also it is not possible to communicate puzzle logic in a way that there never is a misunderstanding.

Q: Do I have to play that card game?
A: There is the build in Casketball Deck Building game. Most people like it and completionists even try to get ALL cards for their deck - even though you don't have to do this to complete the game. If a deck building game is really not your kind of thing there is a way to get what you want that doesn't require winning. It requires a bit of losing and then doing what teenagers like Prim do best...
