Episodic DLC is here! Well, almost.

DLC content is already present in the game, however it cannot be purchased just yet. You will only be able to export existing Chicken Invaders 2-3-4-5 purchases from Steam or the InterAction studios website for use within CIU. Instructions on how to do that will be issued very soon.

Also, a very slight teaser for the new Boot Camp mission type. You'll eventually be able to access this mission from Heroes Academies.

Please ensure translations are up-to-date, because there are several new phrases added to this update.

A lot of behind-the-scenes clean-up, refactoring, and unification with the Episodes.

Customizable scratches have been added to paintjobs. Also, check out the new "copy existing paintjob" and "randomize paintjob" features.

There are also many new text phrases in this update (mainly needed for the Episodes), so please make sure you update your translations.

I remember playing Chicken Invaders 1&2 back on a box computer and I genuinely didn't know they were still making them! I miss some of the charm and simplicity of the old ones but I am absolutely blown away by how much detail they put into this one, it actually warms my heart. And for FREE????
