Sundance Kid has Assassin's Creed

This game is horrible

I had to jump through hoops just so the game wouldn't freeze on me every two seconds. That aside, it's buggy. Combat is obtuse, climbing hardly does what I want it to, and I performed a leap of faith off a tower and a wagon of hay killed me and i kept respawning in a white void. I really wanted to get into this franchise but what the hell is this? Uninstalled.

"This bug happens when your FPS is higher than 60, which is not supported by the game. You probably have also noticed that you would hit an invisible wall mid-jump, which is also due to high FPS.

To fix it, you have to go to your GPU's control panel and manually limit the FPS for this game to 60."

What the--?? I should have known better than to buy a ubisoft game

I can't believe you are making me defend Ubisoft, but this game was made in 2007. We are talking about a 17 years old game here. 144hz monitors was not even a thing back than so 60 fps limit is natural.

director edition sucks. uplay version way better

i mean it doesn't really suck that much. and the game on pc is still the same even on uplay. it's just a bit better then the steam version. which is... questionable but regardless i think this port is fine. u can eliminate the freezing and controller issue easily. and use nividia control panel to limit 60 fps.

though i do agree velo idk why the person who made this discussion is complaining about a 17 year old game, the first one AND the shortest one.
