There's no official way to change the FOV in-game I'm afraid, but hopefully community suggestions like alumlovescake's above can help you out in this case!

At least Ubisoft is consistent with not being helpful

If you are trying to change the FOV I think I found a version of the hack on wsgf fourms though it may be a super outdated version. It says dx9 only
