Cloud Climber

Cloud Climber

Ultra Widescreen
I'm running a 32:9 monitor and the FOV is nearly unplayable, everything is so zoomed in it looks as if I'm playing through binoculars. If if there is a simple fix to just select a resolution. I honestly don't mind if it forces a 16:9 resolution and just has sidebars. Heard this was a worthwhile playthrough but being a free game I don't expect any patches.

Thanks man, it's not ideal but it at least makes the game playable. Was absolutely aweful before.

i'm on 32:9 monitor. if anyone out there still looking for FOV adjustment. Just download Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker. Enable the console, and hit ` to open console. Type FOV 120 or whatever you want. UUU4 Works perfectly for virtually any UE4 game. Just fyi there's also a Universal Unreal Engine 5 Unlocker

You can properly fix this by navigating to the games config at C:\Users\{your username]\AppData\Local\TowerGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. Open up Engine.ini and add this at the bottom:

[/script/engine.localplayer]
AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

Save the file and then mark it as read only.

Pretty much every Unreal Engine game has this issue, so you can use this tip to fix most of them.
