Can explain about the ending?

for me this is what l learn about the ending for Eda is the one who create the sea of flowers. so the scenes of Eda finding her master the scenes was 66 years a go and same with the sea of flowers she planter. by the time old man Jun find the sea of flowers is she death or alive? that is one scenes in the ending young jun say l am back eda l dont understand that scenes? if l am wrong can expain the ending? l do feel sad for Remi the most she dont get to see the flowers that Eda planter.

by the time old man Jun find the sea of flower, Eda is already dead but they were connected by lumen. its said that lumen carry one emotion through space and time. And in the lore, there is binari gate able send person though difference space and time.
