DO i need to finishf FIris before this one?
Completed Sophie and loved it, Firis on the other hands is a big let down to the point I'm skipping it. Since Lydie and Suelle is 3rd in the trilogy will i lose too much if i skip the second game and go straight to this one?

Lydie & Suelle references pretty much every single event from Firis, plus Firis herself is one of the main characters, so...

Its depend, if you going to play Firis in the future, then its the best to play Firis first. Because Lydie and Suelle will give a bunch of spoiler for a big event in Firis.
But if you never going to play Firis, i don't see any problem with it. Most of major event would be mentioned in Lydie and Suelle, so you won't miss too much.
Plus, Lydie and Suelle doesn't know anything about the past events, only able to know when Firis and the others mentioned it. So if you skip the former game, you would have the same feeling like Lydie and Suelle when the former series event got mentioned in the game.
