yeah its little vague on internet but if you manage start that questline you need just craft multiple time restorations paints to trigger next events

According to the achievement list, 16.8% of all players have obtained the achievement. for the DX version. So there is nothing wrong with the game here.

If you haven't, try doing a file check to make sure that you don't have any corrupt files. If there are no problems, try starting the S rank exam first, but don't complete it. Try to get alchemy and battle levels to 50 too. This will give you the requirements for the good ending.
