"Adventurer rank?"
...Also, what the heck is the "adventurer's rank"? I can't even see anything in the game talking about it and I'm not sure how to get the achievement for it.

Do you mean the quest rank?

Just keep taking requests from Horst at the café, after completing a certain number he gives a rank up quest, and you need to rank up 3 times total to reach the maximum rank.

No, "Adventurer rank" is a different achievement from the quest rank (which I've received for the latter)

...Oh, I'm dumb, "Adventurer level" refers to the characters' levels.
