If you're new to the game and having a few issues finding the right controls then simply access the 'Tutorial' screen from the main menu which will show full controller/keyboard configuration. However if you don't wanna then here they are anyway :)

Keyboard :

Speed - Z/N
Switch - X/M
Boost - Space
Options/Pause - P

Controller :

Speed - R1/trigger
Switch - L1/trigger
Boost - South button
Options/Pause - options button
