I bought KOF XV during the Steam sale, but my cross play has been turned off since I first booted the game up. I've tried to enable it from the main menu, but the option to toggle between on and off is greyed out. I've verified by game files, restarted the computer and re-installed the game, but none of these have fixed the issue. I've also checked my connection and it is fine (I have no problem connecting to player rooms).

Has anyone else encountered this before? What other troubleshooting steps can I take here?
