Save game problems and temporary workaround

We have noticed that there are currently two main problems with saving system.

1. Saves from pre-release version are not working after game release.
We found critical bug shortly before releasing the game and we needed to act quickly. Therefore we were forced to cut compatibility of saves created before December 5th.
If you want to continue playing on your old save game, you must activated in old game version in the betas in game properties tab. (press-1.98)

2. For some system saves folder is not created at all.
If you are not able to save the game at all, then this fix mabe will work for you for now. We are currently investigating the issue and trying to fix it.

A. Press Windows key and enter - %appdata%
B. Go one folder up and enter this location \AppData\LocalLow\Second Reality\Cafe Owner Simulator
C. Create a 'Saves' folder, it should look like that - \AppData\LocalLow\Second Reality\Cafe Owner Simulator\Saves
D. Saves should work now for you

If you are still having issues with saves, then please let us know.
Please reporto us what is happening to you and share with us following informations:
- you PC specification (CPU, GPU, Motherboard, Ram, Windows version)
- post screenshots/video of your problem (use YouTube, Streamable or Imgur)
- post a log file on https://pastebin.com/ (File location - \AppData\LocalLow\Second Reality\Cafe Owner Simulator\player.log)

no syncing between few PCs
sad that game progress does not sync same between few PCs and you have to start new game....

Help please, customers are stuck at the cashier counter. Cashier is not placing orders, chef is idle and the waiter.

I have the problem that I have the save game on my main PC where I have the second floor, the bar and the drinks machine for the quest.

On my laptop, however, I have an outdated previous save game that is still stuck where I had to buy the shelves for snacks at the beginning. Up until now, I've never had a problem with it, it's always worked and to be honest, I'm sick of having to start over every time just because the ♥♥♥♥ doesn't sync properly...
