Change the UI scaling setting.

Also, if you don't mind me saying, but 16:10 is not that common. So much so that Steam doesn't even consider it in the top 20...

The superior 16:10 on new monitors/laptops/notebooks is coming back though baby!!!

Try as I might there is no option for UI scaling. Am I blind?
