Let's go once more! This time most of the bugs should have been fixed by now!

Let's have a brief look at the previously recorded broadcasts before we head into the new one!

This is an urgent fix made only when certain potential game breaking bugs are discovered.


1) Fixed the bug where if you are in the middle of a duel with the AI and you get killed and the game goes into game over countdown and then you continue, the AI will no longer duel you. This has since been fixed.

2) Fixed the Death Beam not hitting enemies across the screen. The collider length was incorrect and has been fixed.

3) Fixed a bug in Boss Rush where the 8th boss can have a lingering script that kills the 11th boss inadvertently.

4) Fixed text grammar in campaign 1 ending.


Won't be touching the project for the next 2-3 days. Celebrating my birthday today so I'll kindly take a 1-day off doing absolutely nothing. Thanks for your support and please enjoy the game!!

We're going to demonstrate the newest weapons on a game of Arcade mode at Expert difficulty.

Fixed several issues all around the game. Some assets were improved slightly.

1. Improved Enemy Laser Laser Bolt graphic
   
2. Balanced Microwave Burst damage across all 3 levels. Compensated with higher rate of fire and perpetual hits until it dissipates. Previously, the burst will terminate prematurely after 5-10 hits.
   
3. Balanced the speed of projectiles multiplied under HARD and EXPERT difficulty. This is to align with the vision that the slowest bullets should have a minimum speed and the fastest bullets should still be avoidable within human reaction time.
   
4. EXPERT difficulty now deals only 5x damage instead of 10x. It's slightly more forgiving now; just barely.
   
5. Improved the graphic for Plasma Cannon Level 1 in the weapons shop
   
6. Lowered the alpha of EMP Cannon impact. This is due to the fact that when each projectile lands multiple hits, it can cause the impact effect to saturate and paint the entire target white; blocking sight and therefore affecting gameplay.
   
7. Improved the in-game graphic for Disintegrator Blade 3 - so that it looks softer than a hard 2D sprite.
   
8. All Disintegrator Blades will have its reload cooldown HALVED. That means you can fire more frequently.
   
   • Level 1 will now have 12% chance of disintegration for enemies with lesser than 30% HP
     
   • Level 2 will now have 15% chance of disintegration for enemies with lesser than 40% HP
     
   • Level 3 will now have 18% chance of disintegration for enemies with lesser than 50% HP

1. Added a hard fix to Arcade Mission 8's healer ships. This is a very hard bug to reproduce and we hope this would have fixed it.
   
2. Corrected spelling mistakes in the Campaign mission description. Proof-read it once more to confirm that it's correct.
   
3. Fixed a regression bug with shaders that causes 3D planets and 3D asteroids to render incorrectly. This is a cosmetic fix and doesn't affect gameplay.

As promised, the bugs were looked into and resolved.

1. Campaign Tutorial achievement will no longer appear everytime the game launches. This was probably a state-confusion between the game, Steam and the game's anti-cheat algorithms.
   
2. Fixed a bug where if you've completed a Campaign, you can never start another game with Arcade, Boss Rush, Survival or even Duel PvP.

This is a major patch that has several significant changes and bug fixes.

1. Added new weapon Disintegrator Blades
   
   • Comes in 3 levels
     
   • Introduces "Disintegration" mechanic
     
   • Blades can penetrate multiple targets
2. Added new weapon Death Beam
   
   • The most POWERFUL weapon in the game.
     
   • Has no impedence when fired. Drifting does not stop it from firing and the beam follows accordingly.
     
   • Single end-game level only.
3. Added new weapon Microwave Burst
   
   • Generates a nova from the player's ship outwards
     
   • Burst will damage any enemy ships nearby over time
     
   • Introduces the "Injurer" mechanic
     
   • Has 3 upgradeable levels. Each level has a higher HP threshold and higher additional damage.
4. Added new game mode - Boss Rush. Unlocked only after the Campaign has been completed at least ONCE.
   
   • Has 12 bosses, mixed between Arcade and Campaign mode flavour
     
   • No weapon shop break. Sufficient credit and capsules are given right from start where you can spec your fighter once.
     
   • Very little drop bonuses.
5. Added Disintegration mechanic.
   
   • When the target ship's HP % is below a certain amount, there'll be a fixed chance (per weapon level) where disintegration can occur.
     
   • When disintegration happens, the target is effectively destroyed immediately. The only exception is if the target is shielded and it generates shield HP at the very same moment.
     
   • Disintegration can affect even ships with very high HP. Bosses will NOT be vulnerable to this mechanic.
6. Added Injurer mechanic
   
   • The lower the target's HP, the more damage the next hit will be dealt
     
   • Weapon will have a base damage, salt-on-wounds damage will be added ON TOP of the base damage
     
   • Weapon has a limit on how much additional damage can be added - depending on weapon level.
     
   • Works on any ships, even bosses.
     
   • This is not a damage-over-time effect. It is a sliding effect stacked against the enemy taking damage from the weapons with this mechanic.
7. Added status pop ups to tell the player that "Disintegration" has indeed taken place.
   
8. Added special damage number indicator for "Double Damage" effect inflicted by Disruptors.
   
9. Double-damage damage will be shown in ORANGE.
   
10. Added damage type - Anti-Matter which is anti-biological but weak against advanced alloy (NSAU ships).

1. Disruptors (level 1-3) will now be dealing Anti-Matter damage instead of Particle.
   
2. MK-44 Cluster Bomb Missiles will now move faster with a proper rate of acceleration instead of behaving like a mine.
   
3. Improved blood mines explosion graphics
   
4. Improved Heavy Laser Bolt level 2 graphics

1. If you've just completed the campaign, you might not be able to start another game using P1. The new game, ie, Boss Rush (unlocked by Campaign completion) will never register P1 and pressing start doesn't work. We'll work on it as soon as we have some proper rest.
   
2. Baby Steps achievement is constantly being awarded even when we've checked against the state. This could be a mistaken state check identity and will be fixed asap.

1. Fixed a bug in Arcade Mission 7 where certain fighters will just freeze mid-space.
   
2. Fixed a bug in Arcade Mission 8 boss fight where the assistant blood healers aren't properly spawned with random blood globes missing.
   
3. Fixed a bug in Arcade Mission 8 boss firing sequence where the missiles seems to be firing to the top-left of the screen.
   
4. Fixed a bug in Arcade Mission 9 / Campaign Mission 7 where the Nuclear Structure doesn't come fully into view and it can take damage while it can't fire since its center point is still considered off-screen.
   
5. Fixed a bug where the primary target indicator remains white even when it's supposed to indicate the HP status by color coding.
   
6. Fixed a bug (engine level) where the game doesn't pick up on audio device changes. Ie, if you plug in your bluetooth earpiece, the game will still play sounds through the speaker.

It has been some time since the 64-bit patch! We're glad to offer more content and more ways to play the game! Thank you so much for your support! We hope to hear from you in the community so that we can gather more feedback to improve the game further!
