You can make a solid biryani in the Instant Pot as well (just be sure to deglaze it properly or the "burn" notice will come up).
And although it wasn't a recipe in Venba, kheer or payasam (a rice pudding type dessert) can be made in the Instant Pot too.
My Instant Pot has become one of my best friends for cooking either Indian food or chili (bean chili, since I'm vegetarian). As long as I have my Instant Pot and my rice cooker, I can make solid Indian food.
Despite not familiar with Indian dishes, I welcome the idea, sounds neat! (games that has smt with food should have a cookbook imo)
