If you want it to play online, then skip. No balance, netcode upgrade or 60fps online.

Story mode is short, but it worth. It only covers until First movie. No more story content announced.

Edit: probably the same reason they rather sell multiple games instead updating, like they did with Naruto franchise.

Definetely not, the story is an akward exploration mode where you run in maze like places with occasional fights and cutscenes. Online is dead, the only enjoyment you get out of it is fighting ai bots offline.

i still play it from time to time to fight Akaza as Rengoku :D

They have improved the game's website on google the update will probably come but i dont know when it will arrive

story mode is short and online ranked is cool, there's always someone to play. You can play online 60fps in costume battle, but ranked is only 30. If you wanna buy it I recommend you to buy it on sale, full price is not worth.

Make a game then f all and never bother to update or release DLC. Good way to kill a game.
