Game seems fine. The most terrifying element of this futuristic nightmare is the EULA - please don't collect detailed information on what's loaded into RAM while I'm playing your game, it's weird

I rarely buy games near release with my own money but when a new proper RTS releases you just have to go and support them.
And even rarer does it happen that a game not only hits but severly exceeds expectations.

Every aspect of this game just screams passion for this genre.
The music is absolutely phenomenal. They started it with the one and only Klepacki as inspiration and later even got the man himself on the project so you know its a banger through and through.

Level design is some of the best I have seen in the genre. Maps are gorgeous with lots of detail and thought through a lot with different paths to take which is especially noticable in missions where you have to make do with a smaller force.

Missions are amazing and don't get boring especially with the Side-Objectives that sometimes make you come out of the comfort zone (big boy turtling with Artillery spam) but they are worth it like in rarely any other RTS. They give you short and long term rewards. They give you overall money which you need to buy campaign-upgrades but inside the mission they also can give you reinforcements, disable some enemy systems, lower enemy forces or even give you access to a whole new unit.

Campaign-length is also really good. Two Campaigns, one for each faction, with 11Missions each. GDF Campaign starts easy and gets difficult, Dynasty starts difficult and gets easier later (based on Insane difficulty). The two factions are also varried enough. There is a third faction confirmed but I am not sure if its just for Skirmish or also includes a new campaign. I spent 40hours with the campaign only, having to reload or even restart a mission or two. And it does feel really good to overcome difficulties once you understand the game deeper. The Cutscenes between missions also add a lot to the atmosphere. Sadly no FMV but they did an amazing job nontheless
Performance is superb. This might be one if not the best performant UE5 game. Even when you spam Artillery I had no framedrop whatsoever on highest settings.

Negatives, there is no Quicksave button. Its 2025, every game should have quicksaving even when manual saving just takes 2seconds.
I wish the campaign had more "AI-Coop" missions, where you fight alongside an AI companion. Dynasty campaign has one of those but I generally really like these type of missions so more would've been nice.
Sometimes the Pathfinding can get tricky when big units try to squeeze through a 1grid-wide path and essentially block each other to infinity.

Overally this is the biggest No-Brainer for RTS-Enjoyers and supporting some actual passion in this genre, not some Quick-MP Focussed slop. This is ultimately the best RTS we have gotten in over a decade and I just cannot wait to see what else they are cooking

Kudos to Slipgate Ironworks! This is what C&C should have been if EA didn't gobble up Westwood coming into the modern era. This is arguably the best RTS game to come out in the past decade.
