VRoid Studio

VRoid Studio

VRoid stops responding to clicks :(
After using it for more than 10 minutes or so at a time, it'll stop responding to clicks. Buttons will still highlight when I hover my mouse over them, but I can't do anything else. Anyone have a solution for this?

if its just freezing then its "kinda normal" and you just gotta wait. but if its straight up not responding then thats weird and if something is weird with vroid a good first test is to install a different version of vroid studio, use it, and see i the problem occurs again. if not then its probably a bug in the latest version thats not affecting many. if its the same problem in a different version it might be your loaded model or your device thats causing the problem

for a older version you just go to the official site, scroll down to past versions (or use ctrl+f and type "past versions" in the search bar) and pick a older version than you use from there https://vroid.com/en/studio

also 2 known issues causing vroid to lag:
too many textures on your model (commonly too many duplicated hair textures due to a bug that was never completely fixed but we have a button now to mass delete all textures that are not used by the model)
also too many vroid custom items, but thats a issue only for heavy vroid users. if you have dozens over dozens of custom items it can help to delete what you dont need from pre-loading each time you start the program

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try these fixes in the future. :)
